Please ensure you provide a valid postal address at checkout – address lookup is provided during checkout to assist with this.

IMPORTANT: Invalid addresses could delay the delivery of your order, and may incur additional postage charges if your order needs to be resent (we usually request an alternate address when resending orders to prevent a repeat non-delivery).

Earbuds NZ will process and ship your order as soon as possible – this may take several days due to other personal commitments (Earbuds NZ is not my full-time job). An email is sent once your order has been processed and handed over to NZ Post. This will include a tracking link.

No mark-up has been added to the postage costs at checkout – we believe it is only fair that you are charged the actual costs of postage and no more.

Earbuds NZ provides a Economy Rural Delivery option for rural addresses. This incurs a Rural Delivery Surcharge by NZ Post, which we have to pass on unfortunately. If you provide a Rural Delivery address (sometimes these don’t include the “RD x” address line) and don’t chose the RD option at checkout, your order will not be processed until an invoice for the outstanding amount has been paid.

Delivery Targets

NZ Post provides the following delivery targets for Economy items.

  • Up to 3 working days for nationwide delivery
  • Delivery targets are a guide only and NZ Post does not guarantee your item will reach its destination within the delivery target
  • Delivery to and from rural or remote areas may take longer

The experience reported to us by some customers shows that the above delivery targets should be doubled, or even tripled, on many occasions.

Over the Christmas/New Year break, this can easily increase to 4 weeks.

Flu and Covid-19 are also still having an impact with some deliveries taking as long as six weeks at times, usually due to staffing shortages.
