Earbuds NZ does not check validity of delivery addresses on orders prior to them being processed. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide a valid address and/or chose the appropriate shipping option.
- You agree that if your order is returned to Earbuds NZ due to non-delivery (e.g. invalid address), that you will cover the cost of re-posting to an alternate address. (Where NZ Post have made the mistake, recompense will be sought from them for re-posting, however this may take some time to complete before your order is resent.)
- You agree that Earbuds NZ is not liable for orders going missing or otherwise not delivered. We will assist with a claim to NZ Post (please not that this needs to be done before NZ Post’s 3 week deadline).
