For New Zealand customers, Earbuds NZ recommends ParcelPost Tracked, or ParcelPost Rural Delivery Tracked if you live rurally. If you select Standard Post and ParcelPost and your order is lost by NZ Post, Earbuds NZ will not be held liable for refunds or costs to resend orders.

    NB: Earbuds NZ does not check validity of delivery addresses on orders prior to them being processed. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide a valid address and/or chose the appropriate shipping option.

    • You agree that if your order is returned to Earbuds NZ due to non-delivery (e.g. invalid address), that you will cover the cost of re-posting to an alternate address. (Where NZ Post have made the mistake, recompense will be sought from them for re-posting, however this may take some time to complete before your order is resent.)
    • You agree that if your order goes missing and you had selected a non-tracked option like ParcelPost or Standard Post, you will be required to purchase ParcelPost Tracked and you will be charged an additional 10% of the cost of the items you purchased (to cover in-part replacement of the lost items). For example, if you bought three pairs of tips totalling $6 (excluding postage), you will need to pay 10% of $6 ($0.60) plus $4.50 for ParcelPost Tracked.
